CopyTox is a community platform where users can discover, create, share, and copy AI image prompts. The platform also features curated prompt collections and a blog.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use CopyTox.
3. User Content
When you post a prompt on CopyTox, you retain ownership of your content. By posting, you grant CopyTox a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform.
You agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, sexually explicit, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
4. Copying & Using Prompts
Prompts shared on CopyTox are intended to be copied and used with AI tools. However, the images generated from these prompts using third-party AI services are subject to the terms of those services, not CopyTox.
5. Prohibited Conduct
- Spamming, scraping, or automated access to the platform
- Impersonating other users or public figures
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to accounts or systems
- Using the platform to distribute malware or phishing content
6. Moderation
CopyTox reserves the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, without prior notice.
7. Intellectual Property
The CopyTox name, logo, design, and original content (excluding user-submitted prompts) are the property of CopyTox. You may not use our branding without written permission.
8. Third-Party Services
CopyTox may contain links to third-party websites and AI tools. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any external services.
9. Limitation of Liability
CopyTox is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including the results generated by AI tools using prompts found here.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of CopyTox after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
